As you know, families from Reception to Year 6 do not need to apply for the Welsh Government Free School Meal offer as they are automatically enrolled at school.

However, families may be eligible for other benefits such as school uniform and money off school trips. In order to assess eligibility for this an application for free school meals can be made here

Families who are confirmed eligible for Free School Meals through this application can then apply separately for the school essentials grant
